Most photographs included in the Cobblestone Info Base are from six major contributors. Typically the dates when the photographs were created are within a period of time.

  1. 1930's and before - The source of these photographs is wide a varied, many from historical societies or museums, or from cobblestone enthusiasts or historians; for example, amateur historian Miss Helen M. Hastings. Included are illustrations from 1800's publications.

Most remaining photographs or imagery are from numerous sources and are placed in the timeline with either exact dates provided or approximate dates based on whatever general knowledge or documentation is available. Dates are included in the image captions when known. An effort is made to provide attribution to imagery provided in the structure page "Photographs" section footnotes. If attribution is not known, it is so stated on the footnotes.

We appreciate and thank all of the contributors who have provided imagery to be included in the Cobblestone Info Base.
